Refunds are available on all Pik purchases for two weeks. To refund a purchase, go to My Activity and click 'Details' on the relevant charge. You'll find the refund link in the details popup.
When you make a refund, we ask you two questions - a general reason for why you're requesting the refund, and an optional free text box so you can let us know more. This is to highlight instances of misleading subscriptions or content that was not deemed valuable to users, so that we can look in to addressing the situation. Whatever you enter here, your refund will be processed immediately and will not be charged on your next invoice.
